OUR GUARANTEE

Our products are carefully packaged to make sure they arrive at your doorstep in excellent condition. If there is any damage to the products you receive, please contact us immediately and return the unopened product to us so we can replace it for you.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Regretfully we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within Canada.
Shipments returned due to an incorrect shipping address will require an additional charge for reshipment.
Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries if the business is closed or not available to receive the package when delivered.
Solasta Chocolate is not responsible for late shipments due to factors beyond our control such as but not limited to weather conditions, national holidays or postal strikes.

SHIPPING DAYS

The amount of time the parcel spends at the postal facilities must be kept at a minimum to ensure that your order arrives to you in excellent condition. For this reason, all orders are shipped from Monday to Thursday.

SHIPPING AVAILABILITY

Due to the delicate nature of our creations and its sensitivity to heat it is only feasible to ship if the temperature in Vancouver and the destination is 20c or less on the day the order is placed and for the following three days . It is the customers responsibility to ensure it is cool enough to ship BEFORE placing an order online. No refunds will be provided if customers place orders when temperatures exceed 20 Celsius and product is received damaged due to heat.

We offer free deliveries within Metro Vancouver year round for orders over $60.

Orders can also be placed online for pick up at one of our farmers market locations. View farmer's market schedule.

Please note that if temperatures at the shipping destination will be above 18C on the estimated delivery date, the shipment will be postponed until temperatures are below 18C. Please email us at info@solastachocolate.com for more shipping details.

Store chocolates in a cool, dry place. Ideal storage temperature is 18C
